The Story

The evolution of Villa Loreta

Over the years, Villa Loreta has undergone several restorations aimed at a general modernization of the structure. Despite the amount of work, the Villa still retains the bewitching charm that has always characterized the typical and striking architecture of Ischia.

Among aristocratic palaces, winding alleys, craft stores and historic places of worship (including the Church of Soccorso located overlooking the sea), one has the sensation of being pulled into a place far away in time and space, a place where past and present appear crystallized in an endless series of unique and unrepeatable moments.

The history of Villa Loreta

The story of Villa Loreta began almost by accident from the family management of some apartments located on the west coast of the island of Ischia. Here, amidst the blue sea, the wonders of unspoiled nature and the splendid thermal park of the Poseidon Gardens, a project characterized from the start by love and respect for its homeland comes to life.

From a municipal point of view, we are in the Forio area, considered by all to be the cultural center of the island: a heritage of immeasurable historical and archaeological value. The area has been subject to several invasions by Saracens over the years, confirmed by the presence of the typical watchtowers.
